What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 Ex VAT & just £2.99 under £30 Ex VAT. Free delivery only applies to our Zone 1 which includes England, Mainland Scotland & Wales.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands deliveries may be subject to extra delivey costs dependant on package weight. Please contact us to confirm delivery costs.
If you live out side the areas mentioned above please contact us with the items you wish to order & we will send you a shipping quote.
When will my order be processed & dispatched?
Orders received on working days by 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day.
How long will it take to arrive?
Orders placed on standard delivery will arrive within 5 working days, however arround 80% arrive within 2 working days.
NEW 24hr Delivery Certain stock items are available on a guaranteed next day service if you would like to use this service please phone to order & we will upgrade the delivery for you. The cost of this service depends on the items ordered but is usually around £7.99.
How do I check your stock levels?
If you want to confirm an items stock level either phone 0845 868 8612 or use the our contact page. Please quote the product code when confirming stock levels.
Who delivers your products?
Small products like crutch ferrules will be sent via Royal Mail, larger items like wheelchairs & ramps will be sent via courier. Some one will have to be there to sign for the delivery. We mainly use Royal Mail & Interlink for our deliveries but from time to time we use other couriers. Below you will find information on how to contact them & how to track your delivery or re-arrange delivery if you were out.

Unfortunately Royal Mail does not currently publish the locations of its sorting offices online. You can get details of your local Delivery or Enquiry Office by phoning there dedicated Delivery Office information line on 0845 605 0767.
Can I return my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused "as new" condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged at cost price.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Mobility Smart Limited will give customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date. After 7 Days but less than 30 Days "As New" stock returned will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%. See our Terms & Conditions for more information on returning products.
