Diamond Care is completely FREE & come as standard on all of the following products,

• Mobility Scooters
• Power Chairs
• Powered Beds
• Powered Riser Recliners

With Diamond Care you get the Delivery & Warranty you would expect from a local dealer but with the added advantage of nationwide coverage.

Delivery

• Your order will be delivered within seven working days.
• A convenient time to deliver your order will be arranged with you.
• It will be assembled & thoroughly tested before it arrives, except items that need to be assembled on site eg, Bathlifts, Chairs & Beds.
• It will have a complete 24Hr Charge.
• It will be ready for immediate use.
• You will be shown how to safely use the product.
• You will be shown how to maintain and look after you product.

Warranty

• In the event of a brake down simply give us a call on 0845 868 8612 and we will send an engineer out ASAP.
• If they can't fix the fault on site we will endeavor to leave you with a FREE loan manchine.

The warranty covers unlimited call-outs for the replacement of any mechanical or electrical component covered by the manufacturers warranty.
