This cape is the simplest item to slip over a child's head during a sudden shower. Fully waterproof with taped seams, it has a simple hood with velcro at the neck and is secured at the wrist level with two small tabs of velcro to stop the cape from riding up in the wind. The Kittiwake matches well with the Cuckoo cover or Woodpecker.
